Student Registration Grades K - 12
During the school year, registration materials can be obtained from and returned to each school office.
During the summer months, registration materials can be obtained from our District Office at 9420 Thursday Drive, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Completed registration materials must be returned to the school sites when they reopen for the coming year.

Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration is held annually in February for the upcoming school year. On that day, parents may visit the Durham Elementary School office between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to register an incoming kindergartener.
After this kindergarten registration day, please visit the school office between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to pick up a registration package (closed on holidays and from June 28 until August 2, 2010, for summer break).
When registering, you will need to bring:
- your child's birth certificate
- immunization record, and
- proof of Durham residency (such as a PG&E bill with a physical address and your name imprinted on it)
To qualify for kindergarten entry, your child must be 5 years old by December 1 (for example, December 1, 2009 for the 2009-2010 school year).
Currently, we offer two kindergarten classes:
- AM Kindergarten classes, 8:00 a.m. - 11:20 a.m. and
- PM Kindergardten classes, 11:30 a.m. - 2:50 p.m.
Class times are subject to change.
