Durham Intermediate School does not have supervision for students after school. Please make sure students are picked up, ride the bus, or walk home when school is over. Our regular school day ends at 3:05pm.
Alert for parents of 6th grade students for school year 2012 - 2013
California state law requires all entering 7
th grade students provide proof of a Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) booster immunization (or a signed parental waiver form if you choose to exempt your child from the immunization requirement).
Many children have already had this booster shot done at their pediatrician/health care provider's office during an office visit. Please contact your health care provider to check if your child still needs the booster shot.
The Butte County Public Health Department, Chico Clinic, 695 Oleander Ave, 897-3665 also provides booster shots on an appointment basis for $17 fee.
Please send a copy of the booster shot record to DIS office when it is completed.
