Students in Ag Mech learn to use multiple tools in the shop class.  Parker Allsup bends the hook portion of the hay hook.  Liam Wilbur Sandblast the project to prepare for powder coating.  Hooks are hung on the rack to go into the oven and get powder coated. This project allows students to use several tools in the shop class that will help them get familiar with the equipment and their purposes while implementing shop safety.  Students then will take their hooks to the wood shop to do the final touches which involve using the lathe to shape their desired handles which then will be bolted to the hay hook. This project consisted of cold projects, hot projects , pipe bending, wood working, sandblasting, powder coating and manufacturing.
